Equippables & Consumables
The gear available inside Paradigm Found is as diverse as the number and type of pixels inside The Paradigm metaverse. You can peruse all in-game gear using the Gear Reference
Gear is split into two categories.
Equippables
Equipping gear is akin to loading software enhancements onto the character's bracer. Each equipped item applies its bonus dice power whenever a pertinent situation arises, boosting affinities, reducing travel times, restoring energy pools and more.
Consumables
Need a quick fix to overcome an obstacle, get somewhere fast, or restore your energy pools? Consumables to the rescue! The items provide similar to equippables, just on a short term basis once consumed.
Gear Attributes
Each item has unique attributes that describe its properties.

The Power Tier of the item. |
Rarity | Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary |
How likely are you to encounter this item. |
Base VESS | number | The value of of the item in VESS to purchase or recipe to to craft an item |
Recipe | list of Fusions | The specific Fusions and quantity needed to craft the item |
Roots | list of Roots | The quantity of each Root Module that will be needed to craft the item |
Mod Types
Defines how the item will affect your character.
- Success Bonus: Enhances missions.
- Success & Impact Bonus: Enhances missions and other turn based activities, like PvP.
- Block Time: Reduces travel time between The Paradigm locations.
- Energy Pool: Enhances one, or all, of a character's energy pools (Mind, Body, Soul).
Mod Target
Defines what character attribute the item will affect.
- Affinity: Enhances one of the core six affinities.
- Block Time: Reduces travel time between The Paradigm locations.
- Energy Pool: Enhances one or all of a character's energy pools (Mind, Body, Soul).
