Player vs Player Environment (PvE)

Unlike PvP, there are areas in The Paradigm where you will need to team up with other players to overcome fearsome opponents. There are called Raids.

Raids

Each Raid starts at a specific block time and location. The tier of the opponent you face will be determined randomly

Raids follow a specific pattern.

  • Raid Time: Players should be at the location before this time and sign up to participate in the raid.
  • Raid Start: 1 block after Raid Time. Sign up for the raid ends at this time and the raid begins.
  • Every Block: Players get a chance to attack the opponent. The opponent attacks in return, with an area attack that affects all player or focusing on a single player.
  • Raid End: Players only have so long to successfully defeat a raid opponent. You will see how long you have to accomplish this.

D'mezz & Re'mezz

If one of the opponent's Energy Pools is reduced to zero, they are defeated and all players win.

If one of a player's Energy Pools is reduced to zero, they are d'mezzed and taken to Phantom Protocol.

Players still engaged in the raid have the ability to re'mezz any of other player. Their depleted Energy Pool will only be at 1 though, so they should have consumables ready to fix that problem, otherwise be d'mezzed again quickly.

Title Points

Raids follow the same rules as PvP about matching a player's and opponent's tiers and if they win or lose Title Points.
